Reduce the spread

To help reduce the spread of the flu, colds, and other viruses, including COVID-19, you should: 

Wash your hands frequently. It is the best way to protect  yourself  from catching illnesses. 

  1. Wipe down surfaces around you with a sanitizing cleaner. 
  2. Keep a distance from those who are sick. 
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. 
  4. Stay hydrated, so you can flush toxins out of your system. 
  5. Get enough sleep to keep your immune system strong. 

Diet in winter:

Eating  full of healthy food like vegetables, fruit, lean food and whole grain also. Because  this  diet makes you healthy in this cold weather.

When you make your shopping list on holidays, think about healthier food neither than traditional.

Stay Active :

In cold weather and short days may be you have not time to exercise.

But physical activity make help you in your  weight loss, high and low blood pressure, depression, and improve your good quality sleep.
