What to do if you can’t login to QuickPay

Having trouble logging into QuickPay? We’re here to help! The following article will walk you through what you should do if you’ve been trying to login to QuickPay, but keep getting an error message saying, Login Failed – Too Many Invalid LoginsAssuming that sounds like your circumstance, read on! As a first step, make sure that you’re using the most up-to-date version of QuickPayPortal by logging out and logging back in again.

Go to Dashboard

At times, things might go wrong with your account. We understand that no one likes dealing with customer service, so we want to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. When trying to log in, look at the top of your browser window for a link that says Sign out. You can also usually get there by clicking on Logout on our homepage. Once logged out, head back to signin. quickpayportal com and enter your email address and password again. This should solve any issues related to logging in or forgetting passwords. Click on Forgot Password?

One easy way to get around having to reset your password or retrieve it is to click on Forgot Password? This will take you back through a series of easy-to-follow steps that will, in most cases, allow you to get into your account. If not, then the next step is clicking on I’m not sure. If that doesn’t work then it’s time for number three: [Contact Us]. It sounds like something should be able to help so give them a call. From there, it’s up in the air depending on what other issues they might have. If nothing else works, or if all these options are still confusing after reading over them—then by all means start over and click on Create an Account again.

Other Process ,If you’ve forgotten your password, try clicking on Forgot Password? on your account page. The form will ask for your username and email address, then send a new temporary password directly to your inbox. Make sure that email address is current. Keep in mind that changes made here are only active immediately after logging out and logging back in again. You’ll have to update any saved bookmarks or apps as well since these won’t reflect any changes until they’re next loaded after logging back in with your new credentials.

Click on Reset Password

When you attempt to login, click on Forgot your password? This will take you through a process where you’ll be asked to create a new password. This may take several minutes, so make sure not to close out of your browser window. If all goes well, your account will now be reset with a new password. You can now try logging in with your new credentials. If it doesn’t work, contact support via chat for further assistance.

If it takes a long time, or you never receive an email, check your spam folder. Once you’ve received an email from QuickPay, click on its link and enter your credentials. Once successfully logged in to your account, here’s how to see which invoices have been paid: Login and go to Receipts. You’ll find a list of all invoices that have been fully or partially paid. If we failed to send you an email for whatever reason, here’s what happens when someone pays one of your invoices: You’ll get notification emails letting you know how much they paid, along with customer details such as name and address. The money will be added directly into your account balance within 48 hours.

Login to your account.

On your Dashboard, click on My Account in the top menu. On your Account Page, under Settings & Tools, click on Settings. Select Login Credentials. Under Actions (top right), select either Forgot Password or Reset Password. You will then be asked to enter an email address associated with your account. After you submit your email address, you will receive an email with a link that is activated for 15 minutes. This will take you back to where you were previously (Dashboard) and will allow you to change your password. It’s important that when resetting or changing your password it is done with extra care so as not lose track of any key pieces of information like passwords and security questions
